Welcome to Loudly, Jenna: The Beginning of Something Honest

Hi, I’m Jenna—and apparently, I’m a blogger now.

Honestly, this has been sitting in the back of my mind for a while. I’ve always had a lot to say, a lot to feel, and a tendency to say the things other people might leave unspoken. I’m loud, emotional, opinionated, loyal, and deeply sentimental. I’m confident and insecure—sometimes at the exact same time.

For years, I’ve shared pieces of myself through social media posts: motherhood, relationships, growing up, starting over, and those random life realizations that seem to hit when you least expect them. But I kept feeling like I needed a space of my own—a place where I didn’t have to squeeze an entire story into a caption or worry that I was saying too much.

So, I created Loudly, Jenna.

This blog isn’t about having life completely figured out. I definitely don’t. It’s about being honest while I’m figuring it out.

I’m a first-time mom navigating motherhood in my thirties. I’m learning how becoming someone’s mother can soften you, strengthen you, and completely reshape the way you see yourself and the world. I’m also still learning who I am outside of motherhood—because becoming a mom added to who I am; it didn’t erase the woman who was already here.

Here, I’ll talk about the beautiful parts, the uncomfortable parts, and everything in between. Motherhood. Womanhood. Confidence and insecurity. Relationships and friendships. Growing up, starting over, healing, home, family, and the everyday experiences that quietly change us.

Some posts may be funny. Some may be heavy. Some might be the result of a thought that refused to leave me alone until I wrote it down. But all of them will be honest.

I don’t want this to be a place that pretends life is perfect. I want it to feel like sitting across from a friend—the kind of conversation where you laugh, cry, overshare a little, and leave feeling less alone.

Maybe something I write will put words to a feeling you haven’t known how to explain. Maybe you’ll relate. Maybe we’ll grow through some of these seasons together.

Either way, I’m finally giving my voice somewhere to live.
Welcome to Loudly, Jenna.

Life, motherhood, growth—and everything I refuse to keep quiet.
